Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll). Handle incidents, requests, changes and problems; liaise with technical and service delivery teams; maintain ITSM records; drive automation and service improvements; analyze recurring issues and create knowledge articles; support presales and transitions; participate in 24x7 shift rotation.

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion in Financials, Procurement, and Projects by managing incidents, requests, and changes, while also driving service improvement initiatives and evaluating new technologies.

The ERP Solution Architect will lead ERP implementations, design solutions, oversee system integration, and collaborate with teams to maximize ERP system value.
