Leads the engineering, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of custody-transfer metering control systems, flow computers, meter proving systems, and related interfaces with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and third-party systems. Ensures compliance with API MPMS, AGA, ISO, and OIML standards; develops technical documentation and reports; leads FAT, SAT, startup, audits, training, and operational handover for oil and gas and utility projects.
