Leads enterprise employee, change, executive, and engagement communications. Develops communication strategies, messaging, leadership materials, channel plans, and employee campaigns supporting organizational changes and business priorities. Partners with HR, executives, and functional leaders to improve understanding, adoption, and engagement. Owns internal communication channels, governance standards, approval processes, metrics, and reporting while strengthening the organization’s internal communications function.

Supports corporate hiring by partnering with leaders, defining hiring strategies, building candidate pipelines, sourcing proactively, screening applicants, coordinating hiring processes, and providing market insights. Recruits across construction, project-based, technology, finance, sales, HR, and operational roles while managing multiple openings and maintaining a strong candidate experience in fast-paced environments.

Manages financial controls for construction projects by monitoring budgets, expenditures, forecasts, commitments, change orders, invoices, and risks. Reviews contractor cost reports, reconciles actuals against GMPs and approved budgets, supports contract administration and pay applications, and prepares cost and progress reporting. Coordinates change control, accruals, forecasting, and financial reviews while maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation and partnering with construction, project management, finance, and external teams.

Oversee daily site operations, staffing, workflows, inventory, safety compliance, reporting, audits, and coordination across logistics, maintenance, HR, and other teams. The role also supports onboarding, training, issue resolution, process improvements, and maintaining efficient, compliant site operations in a fast-paced environment.

Performs electrical and mechanical quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and verification in mission-critical environments. Develops inspection and test plans, conducts root cause analyses, manages corrective actions, audits suppliers and subcontractors, and maintains QA documentation. Supports field installation quality, turnover packages, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, project, and field teams while training QA personnel and driving continuous improvement.
