The Manager in Training supports daily community operations while learning leadership, accounting, HR, compliance, and sales tasks. Works with leadership to enforce policies, ensure regulatory compliance, assist budgeting and billing, support staffing and training, and serve as backup for sales and administrative duties. Prepares to transition into Business Office Manager or Executive Director roles after program completion.
