Partners with executive leadership to align technology with business growth and operational goals, establishes performance metrics, and develops senior technology leaders across the organization.

Provides wealth management product consulting for prospective and producing advisors. Responsibilities include conducting product comparisons, coaching advisors on advisory conversion and product mix, supporting shelf governance and reviews, developing product playbooks, and mapping products during transitions. Success is measured through advisory conversion, household cross-sell, alternatives allocation, and timely product mapping.

Entry-level management trainee rotating through life insurance, annuities, wealth management, sales, marketing, finance, underwriting, case management, and operations departments. The role includes completing business projects, conducting research and analysis, supporting client interactions, assisting with documentation, and participating in training toward life insurance and securities licenses. The position is fully in-office Monday through Friday in Austin, Texas.
