The Instructional Designer II will develop sales training content, manage training operations, and measure program effectiveness using various performance metrics. Responsibilities include facilitating interactive learning and adapting content for diverse audiences.

Lead platform reliability for a high-volume OMS: drive automation, self-healing, observability, incident management, RCA, performance tuning, and mentor support engineers while partnering with engineering and vendors.

Support end-to-end contract lifecycle for the Research Contract Operations team: submit and track contract documentation in CLM systems, maintain trackers and repositories, communicate status to stakeholders, and drive process improvements while partnering with scientists, legal, and business operations.
