Recruits candidates across multiple locations and business units by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing applicants, conducting interviews and assessments, completing reference and background checks, delivering offers, managing ATS activity, and supporting onboarding. The recruiter also develops advertising programs, attends career and community events, communicates employment details, and gathers feedback from candidates and hiring managers. Weekly travel to nearby facilities is required.

Provide armed security and personal protection at client sites, enforce access and safety protocols, complete electronic shift reports, maintain licenses and Texas DPS firearm training, perform patrols and physical tasks, and follow professional appearance and communication standards while working varied shifts.

Provide armed security at client facilities by patrolling, preventing unauthorized access, responding to calls for assistance, preparing reports, and supporting investigations while maintaining a professional client-facing presence.
