Own and implement the platform's security and compliance posture (SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA). Design and automate controls and evidence pipelines, secure PII and tenant isolation across a multi-tenant platform, harden AI/LLM systems, partner with domains and CTO, and write production code to make compliance continuous and auditable.

Build and own an internal AI-powered recruiting pipeline: end-to-end LLM-based sourcing, screening, AI interviews, evaluation logic, and deep integrations with ATS and scheduling to automate hiring workflows.

Lead and build an end-to-end domain: design architecture, write production code, set technical bar, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact AI products (agents, runtimes, integrations) in a San Francisco onsite role.
