Manage and grow an assigned book of business for Intermedia's cloud communication and collaboration solutions. Drive retention and expansion through upsell/cross-sell, prospect new logos, deliver demos and proposals, collaborate cross-functionally on migrations and upgrades, and consistently meet or exceed quota while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Sell Intermedia cloud communications services through channel partners, manage partner relationships from pre-sale to post-sale, meet monthly sales targets, prospect new partner-led opportunities, deliver sales presentations, support partner onboarding and churn protection, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

Deploy, maintain, and automate application infrastructure on GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform. Build automation pipelines, support and troubleshoot in-house and third-party apps, document processes, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provide remote technical support for Intermedia cloud communications products via phone, web, and live chat. Troubleshoot VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS issues, document bugs and trends, escalate appropriately, assist teammates, and identify upsell opportunities while meeting KPI goals.

Manage partner communications from quote to order: answer calls/emails, create and submit quotes for Intermedia Cloud Voice, fulfill orders, review orders with channel partners, coordinate VoIP testing and installation, and provide white-glove sales support to channel partners.

Lead customer-facing deployments of AI-powered contact center applications from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Facilitate workshops, design solutions, configure voice and digital AI agents, integrate with CRMs via APIs/webhooks, author test plans and runbooks, support UAT and hypercare, and collaborate with product and engineering to scale Professional Services.
