Teams at Intermedia Cloud Communications

Own partner enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing development. Build training plans, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, create learning content, coordinate logistics, analyze performance and learner feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering. The role supports partner activation, seller readiness, product proficiency, and continuous improvement while managing multiple projects and traveling approximately 50%.

Develops revenue through channel partners by prospecting, presenting Intermedia cloud communication solutions, building territory plans, supporting partner business development and marketing, and managing pre- and post-sale relationships. The role coordinates with internal teams to ensure successful partner and customer experiences, while driving sales enablement and executive relationship building. Requires extensive channel or outside sales experience, value-based selling expertise, strong communication skills, and teamwork in a matrixed environment.

Own end-to-end go-to-market launches for AI products by building launch plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking readiness, managing communication cadences, and reporting risks and status to senior leadership. The role also coordinates usability testing, customer feedback, go/no-go reviews, and post-launch retrospectives while ensuring marketing, sales, support, training, solution architecture, and documentation teams are aligned.
