Build and manage IJM’s global alumni community, including engagement journeys, mentorship, events, communications, and relationships with former interns and fellows. Own alumni data migration and maintenance in Salesforce, develop dashboards and metrics, and report on engagement, fundraising, volunteering, and recruitment outcomes. Partner with talent, advancement, and program teams to leverage alumni for referrals, fundraising, advocacy, and mission priorities. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC or remote for non-local candidates.

Leads end-to-end U.S. and global payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, reporting, statutory filings, and year-end activities. Partners with HR, Accounting, auditors, vendors, and systems teams to resolve payroll issues, improve Workday and ADP processes, support system enhancements, train staff, and ensure accurate, timely payments. The role also handles multistate taxation, expatriate tax coordination, payroll accounting, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Supports the Chief of Staff to the CEO by coordinating strategic initiatives, maintaining project plans, tracking risks and milestones, preparing executive communications, and managing follow-through. Leads implementation planning, change adoption, enterprise communications, process improvement, knowledge management, and portfolio governance activities. The role also coordinates meetings, travel, expenses, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement while handling confidential information.

Leads enterprise portfolio enablement by establishing practical project and portfolio management standards, integrating strategic workplans, improving prioritization and sequencing, and advising portfolio managers. The role develops AI-enabled planning tools, assesses organizational capacity and change load, manages dependencies and risks, and facilitates alignment across pathways, regions, and countries. It also governs the Enterprise Calendar and builds organizational capability in portfolio management.

Designs and governs the global Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications. Leads solution architecture, integrations, APIs, security, data architecture, modernization, and scalability initiatives. Collaborates with product owners, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, analytics, vendors, and development teams. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, troubleshooting, quality assurance, documentation, and support across the software development lifecycle. The role also communicates technical proposals to diverse stakeholders and manages multiple initiatives and application support needs.
