Teams at International Justice Mission

Designs and governs the global Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications. Leads solution architecture, integrations, APIs, security, data architecture, modernization, and scalability initiatives. Collaborates with product owners, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, analytics, vendors, and development teams. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, troubleshooting, quality assurance, documentation, and support across the software development lifecycle. The role also communicates technical proposals to diverse stakeholders and manages multiple initiatives and application support needs.

Operate and improve IJM's Microsoft Azure environment: ensure availability, performance, security, monitoring, incident response, cost optimization, IaC deployments (Bicep/ARM/Terraform), automation with PowerShell/Azure CLI, governance (Azure Policy/RBAC), and collaborate across teams to maintain standardized, secure, and observable cloud platforms.

Lead creation and production of personalized and scalable donor materials for mid, major, and principal donors. Manage proposal/report writers, oversee workflows and quality standards, develop messaging strategy and narrative architecture, translate programmatic and financial data into compelling donor-facing content, and partner with global and fundraising teams to align donor communications with lifecycle stages and enterprise priorities.
