Lead operational performance for utility-scale solar and BESS across ERCOT. Own asset performance platform, reporting, SCADA/data quality, ERCOT compliance, and battery operations. Analyze performance, lead root-cause investigations, coordinate with internal teams and OEMs, support market readiness, and develop scalable analytics, procedures, and improvements to maximize availability and commercial performance.

Design and own SCADA architecture for utility-scale energy facilities, lead plant controls integration and PPC/Volt-VAR/dispatch logic, drive grid compliance and commissioning (CHIL/FAT/SAT), coordinate telemetry and ERCOT nodal protocol implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, operations, and external stakeholders.

Support Advisory Board engagement and executive communications by developing materials, tracking integration initiatives, building dashboards, and leading cross-functional projects. Translate complex operational, financial, and technical information into clear briefings, coordinate stakeholders, maintain governance rhythms, and ensure follow-up actions. Drive accountability, manage risks and blockers, and handle sensitive information with discretion to enable executive decision-making and strategic alignment.
