Partner with engineering and data science to operationalize identity resolution, predictive models, and real-time triggers. Drive customer validation, go-to-market, and cross-functional alignment while ensuring privacy, compliance, and measurable client outcomes.

Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for oncology clinical trials. Ensure protocol, GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance; support recruitment and site performance; deliver training; track enrollment, regulatory submissions, CRF completion, and data queries; maintain TMF and ISF documentation; prepare monitoring reports; and collaborate with cross-functional teams. May also support site recruitment planning, invoice collection, and budget tracking.

Lead global clinical data standards and Medidata Rave library development; design CRFs and edit checks; develop SAS programs for imports, edit checks, listings, reports, and datasets; ensure CDISC/GCP/ICH compliance; collaborate with cross-functional and vendor/CRO partners; drive process improvements and mentor junior staff.
