Owns portfolio-wide standards and design approval for passive and physical network infrastructure across data center campuses. Leads fiber, carrier entrance, meet-me room, structured cabling, pathways, rack placement, testing, acceptance, and DCIM documentation standards. Directs A/E consultants, reviews engineering and construction packages, approves deviations, supports construction and RFIs, and coordinates with network, electrical, civil, architectural, and facilities teams. Identifies infrastructure risks, enforces quality and acceptance criteria, and provides technical recommendations to executive leadership.

Lead the architecture and development of global-scale network automation software for AI data centers. Design distributed services in Python or Go, establish engineering standards, build telemetry and observability systems, automate network operations, and apply AI/ML to anomaly detection and troubleshooting. Partner across engineering and security teams, ensure safe production changes, lead incident reviews, set technical direction, and mentor senior engineers.

Manages the establishment and operation of an offsite warehousing network supporting data center construction. Selects and governs 3PL providers, negotiates contracts, implements warehouse SOPs and inventory controls, oversees WMS/ERP deployment, and ensures inventory accuracy. Coordinates staging, kitting, outbound material release, budgets, compliance, and contingency planning while leading warehouse and third-party teams. Requires extensive travel to warehouses, logistics hubs, and construction sites.
