Coordinates BIM and VDC execution for data center construction projects. Owns the BIM Execution Plan, federated models, clash detection, issue resolution, model versioning, reality capture, as-built verification, and digital layout workflows. Leads coordination meetings, supports trade contractors and design teams, validates field installations, and escalates systemic issues. Requires strong construction sequencing knowledge, site-based coordination experience, and collaboration with internal VDC stakeholders.

Leads supplier performance and construction quality for US hyperscale data center programs. Owns supplier scorecards, risk models, quality assurance, FAT/SAT and commissioning gates, NCR/CAPA processes, audits, and corrective actions across contractors, OEMs, EPC firms, and critical equipment suppliers. Partners with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, safety, quality, contracts, and disputes. Builds the supplier quality organization and reports performance to executives. Requires extensive mission-critical construction experience and 30–50% travel.

Leads mechanical BIM and VDC standards, model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, fabrication-level modeling, and partner model audits across data center projects. Establishes workflows, LOD requirements, content libraries, quality checklists, and coordination playbooks for HVAC, piping, plumbing, cooling, and fire protection systems. Works with trade contractors, design firms, and internal teams while capturing lessons learned and improving company-wide standards.
