The Director, Global Compensation leads compensation strategy, overseeing planning cycles, integration with performance management, and utilizes AI analytics for decision-making, while ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.

Support tax & treasury by preparing U.S. and foreign indirect tax returns, assisting with ASC 740 income tax provision, documenting tax accounting policies and controls, performing research on transfer pricing, M&A, audits, and international tax, responding to tax notices, and supporting ad hoc tax projects while collaborating with senior tax staff.

Partner with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory to drive workforce planning, org design, change initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, and people risk mitigation. Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborate with HR COEs on compensation, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition, and deliver data-driven organizational effectiveness and development solutions.
