Leads end-to-end transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across global service delivery. Responsibilities include optimizing processes with Lean Six Sigma, analytics, and automation; designing scalable workflows and governance; deploying Generative AI, robotics, and intelligent document processing; managing organizational change; and embedding risk, compliance, and standard work practices. The role requires cross-functional influence, operational excellence expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable productivity and customer experience improvements.

Manage grid interconnection and power delivery for data center sites. Negotiate utility and system operator agreements, translate technical and contractual requirements into business impacts, coordinate project timelines, oversee contract lifecycle obligations, and align utilities, consultants, sales, construction, and project management teams. Monitor capacity commitments, utilization thresholds, compliance, and customer ramp-up schedules while ensuring reliable power delivery.
