Identifies and develops construction project opportunities, builds relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and owners, and positions ISEC to win profitable work. Leads pursuit strategy, client presentations, networking, bid/no-bid evaluation, CRM management, negotiations, and closure planning. Collaborates with marketing, estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to develop pipelines, support early project engagement, and grow assigned accounts and revenue.
