Oversee Housekeeping and Front Desk, ensure guest satisfaction and product quality, manage scheduling and financial control procedures, handle HR functions, assist front desk operations, coordinate departments, and manage oversold room situations.

Manage and maintain hotel building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, and exterior. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventative room maintenance, supervise and schedule maintenance staff, manage budgets and supplies, coordinate contractors and inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and brand/internal audit requirements.

Drive hotel revenue by executing sales and marketing plans to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Build relationships with local accounts, conduct sales calls and property tours, prepare management reports, coordinate with front office, and support promotional and administrative sales activities.
