Leads on-site mechanical installation of automated and robotic production systems. Responsibilities include planning schedules and resources, supervising installation teams, resolving technical issues, mitigating risks, ensuring quality and safety compliance, completing technical documentation, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with mechanical engineering teams and clients. Travel is required, with strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and industrial automation knowledge expected.

Develop, program, test, commission, and troubleshoot PLC-based industrial automation systems (primarily Allen-Bradley; Siemens preferred). Interpret electrical drawings, support installations and production ramp-up, resolve PLC/HMI issues, collaborate with engineering and field teams, ensure safety and compliance, and prepare technical documentation.

Lead North American engineering delivery for industrial automation across US and Mexico. Oversee mechanical, electrical, PLC/robot programming, and installation teams; own project execution, utilization, gross margin, and project P&L; build talent and vendor networks; report KPIs to the CTO and ensure regional alignment with global technical strategy.
