Supports business development by assessing prospect needs, translating business requirements into application solutions, delivering software demonstrations, configuring UMAX environments, participating in discovery sessions, and responding to RFI/RFP requirements. The role focuses on finance and billing processes for utility customers and requires sales engineering, presentation, communication, finance, utility-industry, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise.

Coordinates and executes corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, webinars, and internal programs for the North American market. Manages logistics, vendors, communications, budgets, forecasting, expenses, and conference preparation. Collaborates with sales, business development, international marketing, and cross-functional teams while supporting campaigns, content development, stakeholder engagement, and brand promotion. Travel is required as needed.

Manage customer contracts from award through negotiation, execution, and delivery hand-off. Responsibilities include coordinating agreements and redlines, maintaining repositories and version control, tracking obligations and renewals, identifying risks, supporting billing and revenue processes, preparing status reports, improving workflows, and answering post-handoff contract questions. The role also supports proposals, RFPs, sales initiatives, and CRM tracking, with approximately 15% travel.
