Own mechanical deliverables, drive root-cause investigations, ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost targets, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, support packaging and thermal needs, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.

Lead BIOS/UEFI firmware development and platform integration across product platforms. Provide technical ownership for firmware features, debug complex issues, optimize performance, ensure validation and manufacturing readiness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical direction and risks to leadership.

Lead electrical design and integration for complex hardware platforms. Drive subsystem architecture, schematic decisions, validation, manufacturing ramp troubleshooting, root cause analysis, cross-functional alignment, and mentor junior engineers while supporting customer and leadership reviews.

Develop, integrate, and validate BIOS/UEFI firmware for server/platform products. Support platform bring-up, boot flow validation, subsystem enablement, debug firmware defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release and manufacturing readiness.

Lead FPGA design, implementation, verification readiness, and hardware bring-up for complex server, storage, networking, and AI infrastructure platforms. Design and validate mechanical systems and components for server/storage/networking enclosures. Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings, perform tolerance and FEA studies, support fit/function verification, resolve defects, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure producibility, quality, and release readiness.

Lead development and sustainment of manufacturing test systems and test software for server- and rack-level hardware in high-volume production. Design test plans, automate validation, support deployed test infrastructure, document procedures, and collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product reliability and production readiness.

Lead network engineering technical programs: plan, organize, and direct cross-functional engineering work to meet objectives. Develop architecture, system design, requirements, forecasts, cost-reduction strategies, and ensure consistency of platform/product architectures while collaborating with senior technical staff and management.

Develop, debug, and validate Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) firmware for server platforms. Support platform bring-up and integration with hardware, BIOS, and system software; analyze and reproduce BMC defects; perform validation and regression testing; collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams; maintain technical documentation; and improve automation and firmware development/debug processes.

Design and validate board-level and subsystem electrical designs for server, storage, networking, and rack platforms. Duties include schematic development, component selection, power/signal integrity analysis, bring-up/debug, BOM and ECO support, cross-functional collaboration, and communicating technical status and risks.

Lead BMC firmware development, integration, and optimization across server platforms. Define technical approach, drive bring-up and debug, ensure firmware quality and release readiness, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and improve development practices and automation.

Lead a team of software developers and product engineers to manage end-to-end software production deployment, ensuring adherence to quality standards in manufacturing.
