Lead global materials strategy for a business unit, overseeing supply chain development, procurement, planning, inventory control, supplier qualification, cost reduction, forecasting, product launches and transitions. Manage, recruit, and develop a global materials team, set goals and metrics, drive customer-facing materials solutions, and ensure continuity of supply while optimizing inventory and cost.

Lead technical direction for hyperscale server and storage product introductions and manufacturing performance. Drive cross-functional resolution of complex hardware/software/firmware issues for AI/ML and GPGPU accelerator platforms, support multi-site manufacturing and test teams, perform root cause analysis to improve FPY and test throughput, and act as primary technical interface for customers and suppliers.

Lead and deliver complex mechanical and thermal hardware designs for liquid-cooling and thermal-control products. Manage a small design team, coordinate with system architects and suppliers, drive prototype assembly and verification, lead technical reviews, resolve design trade-offs, ensure requirements traceability and manufacturing readiness, and mentor junior engineers through stage-gate development into production.
