Leads mechanical integration engineering for data center infrastructure, energy storage, and HVAC systems. Designs and validates structural components, frames, enclosures, assemblies, and layouts; develops CAD models, technical data packages, BOMs, and FEA analyses. Oversees component selection, manufacturing transitions, testing, troubleshooting, vendor relationships, quality, and delivery. Ensures compliance with applicable standards, mitigates project risks, mentors engineers, and supports process optimization and R&D initiatives.

Leads complex engineering strategy and product development across multiple design teams, from quoting through production. Advises on system and product architectures, technical requirements, interfaces, specifications, testing, and project risks. Represents engineering in customer discussions, supports RFQs, develops innovative capabilities, oversees laboratory experimentation, and drives technology transfer and best practices. The role also contributes to patents, technical publications, R&D proposals, and advanced statistical engineering studies.

Lead development and maintenance of hardware validation test systems and software for high-volume server and rack manufacturing. Design test plans, scripts, automation, infrastructure, and documentation covering servers, storage, networking, and PCIe devices. Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to deploy reliable solutions across multiple sites. Requires hands-on server hardware validation, Linux development, programming, networking, virtualization, and manufacturing test experience. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
