Oversee daily administration and operations across Dallas, Austin, and Indianapolis offices. Manage support staff, staffing processes, evaluations, workflows, attendance, budgets, expenses, supplies, and office services. Coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions. Support employee relations, firmwide initiatives, technology implementations, office projects, training, and local marketing events while serving as a liaison to office leadership.

Leads the firmwide knowledge management strategy and a team of knowledge management attorneys. Oversees legal content, precedents, playbooks, intranet resources, governance, quality control, AI-ready assets, technology adoption, and practice enablement. Partners with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to improve attorney productivity, knowledge reuse, service consistency, onboarding, and client value. Establishes team goals, manages performance, measures impact through KPIs, and drives continuous improvement across legal practices and industry groups.

Lead statistical analyses of wage-and-hour, payroll, and timekeeping data for litigation and DOL audits. Manage 2–3 statisticians, develop methodologies, ensure quality control, present findings to attorneys/clients, and drive process automation and team development while leading multiple projects from intake through completion.
