Design, manage, and deliver a nationwide onboarding and integration program for senior lateral attorneys. Coordinate recruiting/pre-boarding, Day 1/week 1/month agendas, stakeholder alignment, equipment/setup, communications, and Lateral Partner Questionnaire. Develop tools, track metrics, analyze trends, support offboarding, and drive continuous improvements to improve retention and the lateral attorney experience.

The Summer Associate will gain exposure to employment law, assist with legal research, case analysis, litigation, and prepare summaries related to employment law developments.

Lead compensation benchmarking, administer annual salary and bonus planning, evaluate and classify jobs, maintain Workday compensation data, prepare reports and market analyses, advise HR and managers on pay decisions, and support compensation projects and policy recommendations to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards.
