Own month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger operations, corporate card and accounts payable workflows, SaaS billing reconciliations, equity accounting, variable compensation calculations, internal controls, and audit support. Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and resolve variances while maintaining compliance with US GAAP.

Lead Jasper’s enterprise growth engine across performance, lifecycle, field, account-based, and organic marketing. Partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to drive predictable pipeline and revenue, optimize funnel performance through analytics, establish forecasting and reporting rhythms, and apply AI and automation to improve marketing execution. Build and coach a multidisciplinary, high-performing team while shaping company-wide growth strategy and overseeing campaign execution, experimentation, personalization, and investment optimization.

Lead security engineering across AI systems, cloud infrastructure, product security, GRC automation, GitHub controls, and compliance workflows. Develop AI-specific threat models and guardrails, automate security checks and evidence collection, strengthen AWS and GCP environments, manage CSPM tooling, and secure software supply chains. Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, IT, and GRC to establish security programs and practical controls for Jasper’s AI platforms.
