Responsibilities include executive-level consultative selling, account planning, forecasting, dealer collaboration, fleet and project engagement, customer site support, and coordinating multi-region opportunities. The role requires strong relationships with contractors or fleet owners, construction or agricultural capital-equipment sales experience, travel, and comfort working in offices, factories, and customer sites.

Drive JCB retail sales penetration and market share growth across Texas and Arkansas. The role supports dealers by training sales staff, communicating promotions, assisting transactions, managing inventory levels, developing markets, supporting dealer sales plans, coordinating customer and internal support, and achieving regional sales targets. This remote position requires 70% travel throughout the assigned territory.
