The Senior Lifecycle Consultant guides clients through the implementation of Jenzabar software, provides training, assesses needs, delivers presentations, and collaborates in a team while traveling as needed.

Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts to transform legacy SIS data for loading into the Jenzabar platform, manage multiple conversion projects, communicate with clients and internal teams, adhere to project plans and timelines, estimate custom work, and improve conversion processes.

Lead creation and distribution of thought leadership, product, and customer-focused content across channels. Serve as principal writer/editor and strategist for campaigns, case studies, web content, email, and digital advertising. Collaborate with internal/external SMEs and marketing teams, apply SEO/GEO and AI-enabled analytics, support ABM and media/analyst initiatives, and drive brand awareness and lead generation.
