Handle inbound leads for personal-lines insurance, educate customers on coverage and pricing, prepare and bind quotes with carrier partners, objection-handle to close policies, and provide attentive, high-energy customer conversations. Work remotely with flexible scheduling and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Lead growth product work across the customer sign-up and purchase funnel: run product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, triage bugs, design experiments and A/B tests, and deliver end-to-end launches in partnership with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.

Lead Jerry's organic community presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. Develop platform-specific playbooks, grow and moderate subreddits, scale authentic content and engagement strategies (using AI when helpful), partner with Growth and Content, and measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
