Work directly with the CEO on high-impact business problems across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data. The GM-in-Training will help scale new business lines, navigate operational complexity, and execute growth strategies. This role offers broad exposure to company operations and is designed to develop future general managers capable of owning P&L for a business line.

Build and scale new product verticals while working directly with the CEO and executive team. Responsibilities include identifying customer pain points, developing products, executing growth strategies, navigating operational complexity, and collaborating across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data. The role offers mentorship from a serial founder and opportunities to develop toward product or commercial leadership.

Lead a new business within Jerry.ai, owning its P&L, strategy, product development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations. Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager will scale one of the company’s emerging product lines and may initially manage a small team. The role requires hands-on startup operating or investment experience, strong ownership, urgency, and the ability to work in person with the executive team in Palo Alto.
