Teams at JetBrains

Leads enterprise deployments of JetBrains Central and helps organizations adopt governed, AI-native software development. Architects integrations across development environments, CI/CD systems, cloud infrastructure, and internal platforms; establishes AI governance, security, observability, usage controls, and cost visibility. Mentors other Forward Deployed Engineers, trains consulting partners, supports complex customer deployments, and collaborates with product teams to shape the platform. The role is remote in the US with up to 20% customer-site travel.

Serve as the technical post-sales contact for enterprise customers: drive adoption of JetBrains products, manage technical account relationships, advise on architecture and tooling, advocate customer needs to product and support teams, recommend enhancements, support product evaluations, and collaborate with sales to grow accounts. Requires travel (~25%) and bilingual English with Portuguese and/or Spanish.

Travel roughly 25% required.
