Teams at JETSET Pilates

Lead community outreach and local partnerships to launch and grow a boutique Pilates studio. Plan and execute pre-opening activations, capture leads, create local social content, support member conversion post-opening, assist front desk shifts, and partner with the General Manager to drive membership and studio goals.

Studio Leads assist clients and instructors, ensuring exceptional service, processing sales, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Provide front-desk customer service for a boutique Pilates studio: greet and check in clients, answer phones and emails, process membership and retail sales, maintain studio cleanliness and inventory, assist instructors with opening/closing tasks, and use the CRM (AXLE) to support sales and client management.
