The Editorial Intern will assist in community journalism by writing stories, shadowing reporters, and participating in newsroom activities over a 10-12 week program.

Manage end-to-end payroll and HRIS administration in Paylocity, handle full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and compliance (I-9, EEO-1), and serve as primary employee contact while supporting HR process improvements.

Lead a two-person HR team as a strategic partner and hands-on operator. Own employee relations, compliance (FMLA), compensation, benefits, payroll backup, talent planning, performance systems, culture, and HR process improvements while mentoring a People Operations Specialist.
