Provide post-award grant compliance and telecom regulatory support for broadband clients: manage financial/reporting requirements, implement compliance frameworks, prepare regulatory filings, liaise with agencies, deliver client training and educational resources, and collaborate internally to solve regulatory and funding challenges.

Lead and grow JSI's grants and post-award compliance practice for broadband funding. Own methodology, revenue targets, client delivery, audits, and agency responses under 2 CFR 200 and BEAD. Manage and develop a distributed team, drive business development, integrate systems and processes, mitigate compliance risks, and apply process improvement and AI tooling while billing client hours and partnering with senior leadership.

Monitor customer network infrastructure, respond to alarms, manage trouble tickets, perform initial connectivity troubleshooting, and escalate complex incidents. Communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain knowledge-base documentation, improve SOPs, mentor junior analysts, and participate in an on-call rotation. The role requires networking fundamentals, technical support experience, familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems, strong communication, and careful adherence to procedures.
