As a manager and founding member of this team, you will build and lead a team of Account Managers who will manage all commercial pursuits, communicate our value, handle renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities for their books of customers. You will partner with our Head of Account Management and Customer Success leadership to define the operational structure and rhythm of this team and build a strategy to meet our net revenue retention goals.
