Lead QA automation efforts for web applications: design, build, and maintain test frameworks (Playwright/Locust), create and run automated and manual tests, validate APIs, leverage AI/LLM tools to author, debug, and optimize tests, analyze failures, and collaborate with engineering to reduce manual effort and improve product quality.

Manage a portfolio of 60–75 mid-market customers: lead onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and renewals; monitor customer metrics and satisfaction; advocate customer needs to product and engineering; contribute to operational improvements; and apply AI tools to improve CSM workflows and outcomes.

Manage and coach a team of Customer Support Specialists, drive transformation through AI tools, enhance customer experience, and ensure support quality.
