Own the AI product roadmap for document extraction, including prioritization, accuracy metrics, model and vendor decisions, capacity planning, tax-year releases, and correction workflows. Partner with AI, engineering, product, UX, QA, tax, finance, sales, and client success teams to define requirements, evaluate model performance, manage costs and latency, and deliver filing-grade structured data.

Lead workflow-aligned product demonstrations and support sales through objection handling and RFP responses. Guide accounting firms through onboarding, system setup, tax filing workflows, training, and critical deadlines. Assist with escalations, identify client risks, coordinate transitions to Account Management, and provide feedback to Product and Marketing. The role requires deep tax workflow knowledge, strong client-facing communication, and experience in SaaS solution consulting or implementation.
