Provides front-line support in the human resources office, assisting associates, applicants, vendors, and visitors. Processes new-hire paperwork, maintains personnel files, supports onboarding, and manages uniform distribution and inventory. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, composure, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is required, Spanish communication skills are preferred. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.

Supervise cabana, VIP, bungalow, daybed, and beach lounger operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, cleanliness, revenue performance, equipment maintenance, and adherence to food and beverage standards. Train and coach associates, support daily operations, inspect equipment, and maintain responsive, courteous service in a fast-paced outdoor resort environment.

Prepares and presents high-quality cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, charcuterie, sandwiches, sauces, and desserts. Leads bulk production, follows recipes and plating standards, monitors food safety and storage, labels ingredients, assists with inventory and ordering, minimizes waste, and supports kitchen production. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and supports staffing and daily operations as needed.

Lead and support front-of-house banquet and beverage teams to plan and execute large-scale events. Manage staffing, timelines, SOP adherence, safety, sanitation, and guest service. Collaborate with catering, kitchen, and sales; train and coach associates; monitor cleanliness and basic P&L and budget responsibilities. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

On-site Senior Sales Manager responsible for soliciting, developing, and maintaining group accounts through direct sales to meet and exceed financial targets. Key duties include prospecting, building client relationships, negotiating and managing contracts, and closing group business. Requires hospitality sales experience and local market knowledge (Austin) preferred.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of group events from planning through on-site execution. Serve as primary liaison between clients, resort departments, and vendors; oversee room setups, AV, banquet requirements, and logistics; resolve issues, support associates, and recommend upsells to optimize revenue.

Lead and manage all Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, Bell/Valet), hire and develop department leaders, oversee budgets and occupancy/revenue metrics, ensure service standards and guest satisfaction, and participate on the executive committee.

Set up, refresh, tear down, and maintain banquet and meeting spaces per Banquet Event Orders. Ensure cleanliness, proper equipment placement, and guest-ready presentation. Support team members, follow resort standards, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Support the Director of Sales by driving group, event, and corporate bookings; mentor and manage sales staff; build client relationships; oversee conventions, weddings, and special events; coordinate with operations and catering for seamless execution; maintain CRM records, analyze sales data, and assist with budgeting and forecasting to meet revenue goals.

Lead and manage all waterpark training and development to ensure guest and associate safety, operational excellence, and compliance. Deliver lifeguard certification courses, run regular in-service training, manage training records and audits, conduct zone certifications and equipment inspections, mentor staff, and support special training projects and leadership initiatives.
