Lead and support front-of-house banquet and beverage teams to plan and execute large-scale events. Manage staffing, timelines, SOP adherence, safety, sanitation, and guest service. Collaborate with catering, kitchen, and sales; train and coach associates; monitor cleanliness and basic P&L and budget responsibilities. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Sell and coordinate social group events (waterpark parties, private dining, lock-ins) from inquiry through execution. Prospect and close group business, manage proposals and contracts, collaborate with resort departments, promote resort amenities, and participate in community networking. Hourly management role eligible for commission; requires ensuring guest satisfaction and leading associates.

Set up, refresh, tear down and maintain meeting and banquet spaces per Banquet Event Orders. Ensure cleanliness, arrange audiovisual and meeting equipment, assist guests and team members, and support management with event needs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Manage group room blocks and reservations as the housing contact for contracted groups. Liaise between sales, event planners, and hotel departments; handle billing, reporting, and client communication; maximize revenue through upselling and ensure smooth group stays.

On-site Senior Sales Manager responsible for soliciting, developing, and maintaining group accounts through direct sales to meet and exceed financial targets. Key duties include prospecting, building client relationships, negotiating and managing contracts, and closing group business. Requires hospitality sales experience and local market knowledge (Austin) preferred.

Lead and manage all Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, Bell/Valet), hire and develop department leaders, oversee budgets and occupancy/revenue metrics, ensure service standards and guest satisfaction, and participate on the executive committee.

Clean and maintain all waterpark areas and equipment, ensure high sanitation standards, provide friendly guest service, communicate attraction requirements and safety concerns, participate in team leadership, and support a positive, service-focused environment with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Manage the resort EMS department, ensure prompt emergency response, document and investigate guest and associate incidents, maintain incident records, assist corporate claims, and perform guest follow-ups while leading and supporting EMS associates.

Lead and coach front-of-house associates to deliver exceptional guest food and beverage service, enforce policies and standards, assist operations as needed, perform training and development, and maintain equipment and cleanliness. Support restaurant leadership and complete administrative duties to ensure consistent product quality and guest satisfaction.

Oversee daily administration and operations of the indoor/outdoor waterpark, ensuring guest and associate safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, sales and profitability, staffing, training, scheduling, performance management, and high-quality guest service.

Support the Director of Sales by driving group, event, and corporate bookings; mentor and manage sales staff; build client relationships; oversee conventions, weddings, and special events; coordinate with operations and catering for seamless execution; maintain CRM records, analyze sales data, and assist with budgeting and forecasting to meet revenue goals.
