Teams at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions

Lead and support front-of-house banquet and beverage teams to plan and execute large-scale events. Manage staffing, timelines, SOP adherence, safety, sanitation, and guest service. Collaborate with catering, kitchen, and sales; train and coach associates; monitor cleanliness and basic P&L and budget responsibilities. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Sell and coordinate social group events (waterpark parties, private dining, lock-ins) from inquiry through execution. Prospect and close group business, manage proposals and contracts, collaborate with resort departments, promote resort amenities, and participate in community networking. Hourly management role eligible for commission; requires ensuring guest satisfaction and leading associates.

Set up, refresh, tear down and maintain meeting and banquet spaces per Banquet Event Orders. Ensure cleanliness, arrange audiovisual and meeting equipment, assist guests and team members, and support management with event needs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
