Lead and support front-of-house banquet and beverage teams to plan and execute large-scale events. Manage staffing, timelines, SOP adherence, safety, sanitation, and guest service. Collaborate with catering, kitchen, and sales; train and coach associates; monitor cleanliness and basic P&L and budget responsibilities. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Lead and coach front-of-house associates to deliver exceptional guest food and beverage service, enforce policies and standards, assist operations as needed, perform training and development, and maintain equipment and cleanliness. Support restaurant leadership and complete administrative duties to ensure consistent product quality and guest satisfaction.

Support the Director of Sales by driving group, event, and corporate bookings; mentor and manage sales staff; build client relationships; oversee conventions, weddings, and special events; coordinate with operations and catering for seamless execution; maintain CRM records, analyze sales data, and assist with budgeting and forecasting to meet revenue goals.
