Leads waterpark training and development programs focused on lifeguard certification, safety, service, compliance, and associate performance. Manages training records, audits, certifications, equipment inspections, and inventory while mentoring waterpark staff and addressing guest or associate concerns. Requires at least three years of lifeguard instruction or waterpark leadership experience, flexibility for weekends and holidays, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong English communication skills.

Assists the Director of Sales in leading hotel sales activities, developing group, event, and corporate business, managing client relationships, mentoring sales staff, tracking performance, and achieving revenue goals. Oversees sales for conventions, weddings, retreats, and special events while collaborating with operations, catering, and convention services. Maintains CRM records and supports sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategy execution.
