Lead technical solution development and strategy for complex defense, intelligence, and space pursuits. Shape customer requirements, produce proposal technical volumes and BOEs, apply MBSE/Digital Engineering, DevSecOps, cloud and cybersecurity practices, mentor teams, and support RFIs and customer engagement to win mission-focused programs.

The role involves developing strategic proposals, creating compelling graphics, and mentoring junior team members, requiring strong project management and communication skills.

Lead end-to-end subcontract administration for multiple programs, including supplier qualification, RFPs, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract execution, cost and price analysis, performance management, and integration of subcontract work across cost, schedule, technical, and quality domains. Support proposal efforts, implement procurement KPIs and GR/IR strategies, and coordinate audits and supplier performance improvements.

Design and model mechanical components and mounts for optical elements, create detailed fabrication/assembly drawings, develop assembly and test procedures, support subsystem integration and testing, lead design concepts and trade studies, evaluate risks and mitigation strategies, collaborate with engineers and technicians, and present technical results. Prior spaceflight/NASA experience supported.

Design, develop, test, and operate guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems. Support flight software integration, telemetry analysis, real-time mission operations, anomaly resolution, verification in simulation/HIL labs, and develop operational procedures and operator tools.

Manage scheduling of spacecraft communications via NASA Deep Space Network: generate R&CL requirements, create schedules in SSS, resolve conflicts, maintain flight view periods, coordinate with JPL/DSN stakeholders, produce reports and plots, and operate CAST/SPS tools while supporting proposals and process improvements.
