Support pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements for Keeper's DevOps-focused cybersecurity products. Conduct technical discovery, demos, trials, integrations, and level-2 support for CI/CD, container, and cloud-native environments. Act as DevOps SME, collaborate with sales and engineering, produce technical training, maintain Salesforce records, and travel to customer meetings as needed.

Design, build, and operate a scalable demo environment platform. Implement IaC and automation, CI/CD, container orchestration, and observability. Create golden templates, seed data, access controls, and tooling to support Sales Engineering and internal users while ensuring reliability and security.

Validate secure remote access workflows for Keeper Connection Manager through functional, integration, regression, system and exploratory testing. Test SSH/RDP/VNC and related auth, session management, connectivity and encrypted communication across OSes, cloud and on-prem deployments. Reproduce and document defects, collaborate with Engineering/DevOps/Product, maintain test suites and use AI-assisted tools to improve test development, troubleshooting and release confidence.
