Provide in-house litigation counsel for assigned insurance defense cases: develop case strategies, maintain organized files and case management records, prepare pleadings and reports, communicate with claims handlers, and respond to correspondence and calls promptly. Use case management software and comply with legal and company guidelines. Remote work required within San Antonio or Austin, TX area.

Manage relationships with assigned insurance agencies through outbound sales calls, agency communications, onboarding, training, and issue resolution. Drive quote adoption, written premium, revenue growth, and sales quota attainment while collaborating with field sales and product teams. Interpret company reports, develop action plans, represent the company at industry events, and conduct occasional agency visits. This is a fully remote role with occasional field travel.

Lead national and enterprise insurance accounts, developing sales strategies, expanding revenue, managing executive relationships, negotiating contracts, and cultivating new business. Build partnerships with carriers, brokers, agencies, and industry organizations while coordinating with internal marketing, operations, product, implementation, and customer success teams. Maintain forecasts and CRM records, deliver presentations and business reviews, monitor insurance-market trends, and represent the organization at industry events. Travel may reach 50% of the time.
