Advise executive clients on hardware strategy, architecture, make-versus-buy decisions, design for manufacturing, and industrialization. Lead proposals, strategic accounts, consultative sales, and opportunities through contract signature. Direct engineering teams across product development from prototype through mass production, manage scoping and risks, and ensure client success. The role requires deep robotics hardware engineering and NPI experience, executive presence, and commercial ownership.

Drive regional business development by prospecting, conducting sales meetings, shaping technical proposals, negotiating contracts, managing partner projects, and identifying market opportunities. The role also supports recruiting, employee relationships, assignment follow-up, KPI reporting, junior sales supervision, process quality, and HSE compliance. Candidates need sales experience, technical product knowledge, familiarity with the Austin industrial and technology ecosystem, and an engineering or mechanical, electronics, or robotics background.

The Mechanical Engineer will design and test mechanical systems for robotics, collaborating with electrical and software teams while ensuring manufacturability and performance of prototypes.
