The role also requires staying current with online marketing trends, managing multiple priorities, and supporting the growth of women-owned business clients.

Provide full-time bookkeeping support for multiple small-business clients: process transactions in QuickBooks Online, assist payroll and sales tax filings, manage A/R and A/P, prepare dashboards, cash forecasts, and reports, and communicate with clients via Zoom and email under company policies.

Prepare and present tax returns and strategies for LLCs and S corporations; manage financial records and input data into tax software; lead client calls and onboarding; collaborate with bookkeeping to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
