Leads execution of material movement automation capital projects across North American manufacturing and distribution sites. Manages engineering, facility layouts, equipment installation, capacity improvements, suppliers, technical service providers, and cross-functional design activities. Drives value engineering, cost savings, safety, quality, regulatory, and financial compliance while coaching project contributors. The role supports automation implementation, equipment start-ups, and continuous improvement in 24/7 operations, with travel exceeding 50% across North America.
