Leads complex legal matters and client portfolios through planning, budgeting, staffing, governance, risk management, client communication, and delivery oversight. Develops legal project management methodologies, tools, dashboards, and best practices; supports fee arrangements, business development, technology optimization, training, and change management. Supervises and mentors project management staff while helping scale the firm’s legal project management function and improve efficiency, profitability, and client service.

Manage daily office operations, facilities coordination, vendors, invoices, budgets, employee administrative processes, workplace safety, events, and office services. Serve as a liaison among leadership, employees, clients, visitors, building management, and service providers while maintaining a professional, organized, secure, and welcoming environment.

The Client Contracts Specialist will review client due diligence, maintain documentation, draft memoranda, and manage client contracts while supporting the legal team.
