Teams at KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program)

Leads the design, rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement of instructional systems across KIPP Texas schools. Builds assessment trackers, progress-monitoring tools, dashboards, workflows, and reporting structures; coaches school leadership teams on data-driven instructional routines; monitors implementation quality and consistency; identifies system gaps; and partners with senior instructional leaders to refine processes that improve teaching and student outcomes.

The Assistant Principal of Instruction supports academic outcomes by supervising and developing teachers, managing student culture initiatives, and driving school-wide academic goals. Responsibilities include leading teacher development, implementing curriculum, managing school culture, and fostering community involvement.

The School Operations Manager oversees daily school operations, driving attendance, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory, and managing communications with families and staff. This role includes developing strategies for engagement and supporting the School Operations Associate.
