Client-facing technical sales professional who supports enterprise and strategic sales cycles through product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical Q&A, and solution positioning. The role enables sales teams, represents products at client meetings and industry events, translates technical capabilities into business value, communicates roadmap updates, and feeds market feedback to Product and Marketing. Experience with legal technology, technical sales, AI tools, CRM platforms, and client presentations is required.

Provides high-level executive support to the CEO and leadership team, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, confidential matters, and follow-through. Writes and edits executive and company-wide communications, coordinates all-hands and leadership events, prepares Board materials, and supports change communications. Improves executive-office workflows using Microsoft 365, AI tools, templates, trackers, and repeatable processes.

Drive net-new enterprise account acquisition for legal technology and managed review services across the Americas. Personally prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals, targeting $5M in annual contract value. Manage long sales cycles, maintain Salesforce forecasts, present tailored proposals, attend industry events, and partner with delivery and client success teams during onboarding. Provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams.
