Conceptualize, design, and produce brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital (ads, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, internal collateral). Lead design and solution architecture for SAP S/4 Fashion OTC processes. Configure Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and integrations (POS, CAR, EDI). Drive fit-to-standard workshops, prepare WRICEF and test plans, support data migration (Syniti), integration testing (CPI), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors and integration/data teams to enable omnichannel and real-time inventory capabilities.

Lead global IT strategy, delivery, and support for supply chain planning and manufacturing systems. Partner with business leaders to define priorities, deliver end-to-end implementations, govern application standards, and apply data, automation, analytics, and AI to improve planning accuracy, manufacturing visibility, and operational decision-making. Build and manage a global IT team, oversee vendors and system integrators, and own operational health, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
