Teams at Laborie

The Perinatal Quality Liaison educates healthcare organizations on perinatal quality standards, guidelines, bundles, and toolkits. They support policy and protocol development, advise on quality improvement initiatives, provide guidance on data collection and evaluation, and collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, sales teams, and clinical education specialists. The role also participates in state-level perinatal quality organizations and conferences.

Leads the technology strategy and Salesforce ecosystem supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle teams. Owns platform architecture, roadmap, integrations, data governance, digital transformation, delivery governance, vendor relationships, budgets, and adoption. Partners with executive and commercial leaders to improve revenue execution, customer engagement, analytics, and operational efficiency. Builds and mentors teams of administrators, developers, architects, and business analysts.

Generates leads and closes sales for Laborie’s gastrointestinal product portfolio. The role qualifies leads, supports field sales with quoting and administrative tasks, manages government bids, assists with marketing initiatives, responds to customer inquiries, analyzes customer information, and prepares reports. The representative must learn medical product applications, understand the competitive landscape, communicate effectively, and help the sales team meet revenue goals.
