Promote and sell interstate logo signs, shopping area guide signs, and tourist-oriented directional signing to businesses. Manage sales calls, renewals, payments, customer relationships, participant files, production orders, and installation follow-up. Provides clerical, receptionist, and administrative support for the Austin office. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing mail, filing, maintaining client and contract databases, preparing reports, ordering supplies and logo plates, assisting with collections, and processing accounts payable and expense reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, confidentiality, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel.
